The mission of Berks Free Medical Clinic (BFMC) is to improve the health of the community by providing free primary medical care to the uninsured. Must be Adult age 18+ and you must have an appointment. No Walk-Ins. Click on the red Appointment Request button below.

Patients that receive care at Berks Free Medical Clinic are encouraged to apply for Medical Assistance annually.
